Delaware is the most unique, oldest living block in KC and specifically the River Market.  Beside a wide variety of offerings within easy walking distance on Delaware, the nearby community offers parks, hiking/biking trails, river access, a dog friendly bar, patios and of course the City Market and plethora of merchants and offerings.  Weekly and monthly events are frequent - from Yoga in the Park or Courtyard to bi-monthly Wine Walk to monthly Pop-Ups, live music and more.  There's always something going on.
